Some people have pointed out that this talk may be a convincing argument for escapism.
Well.... doesn't mean it's dysfunctional.

I don't like to be a non-believer generally speaking, but this sounds nutty to me. And I am creative, so it's not like I don't 'get' it. Still, even if she can't put out another zillion-seller 'my crisis is your self-help opportunity' book, at least she can talk about it forever on the talk circuit.
